If you see any product on our website cheaper elsewhere we would like to know as we aim to please and want to be your number one choice for buying musical instruments online.

To keep things fair we do have some important criteria for price matching (and price beating), plus we would like to reward you for your loyalty by giving you an extra discount voucher for your next purchase!

Here we go:

• Price must be from an authorised dealer based in Australia
• Price must be current and not an old product that is lost in a cache somewhere in cyberspace
• The price and product must be available from the dealer (see above!)
• The price must include freight and other 'hidden' charges

• Your purchase is backed by a real "bricks and mortar" store that has been doing the business for over 40 years

• Our massive buying power covers a wide range of products, from DJ to digital pianos.

• We have one of the biggest and best guitar ranges in the country, particularly with Fender Custom Shop and Gibson Custom Shop, and are at the head of the queue when the limited editions are announced.

• Our staff have years of experience in their particular field, so you are buying their knowledge and experience as well as getting a great price. What use is a good price without good support?!

  We have seen a few customers purchasing bogus Fender, Gibson and Martin products online. All Kosmic product is totally authorised!
  
• Grey Market product
  We have also seen quite a few customers buying items that are not supported by Australian suppliers in regard to warranty and may also ship with overseas power supplies. The item may also not conform with Australian C Tick regulations. This may impact on insurance claims.
