If you have purchased a product from Kosmic and it requires repair under warranty, please contact your sales consultant or Product Manager at Kosmic Sound.

We may ask to sight and check the product first, and ascertain if a repair is the most appropriate course of action.

If so, we will direct you to the most appropriate local repair agent. Listed below however, are the major repair agents for most products sold and supported by Kosmic. You can contact them directly if you wish for details, spare parts etc. However if your product is under warranty, please contact Kosmic first.

It is Kosmic's priority to ensure the best outcome for you in the unlikely event that your equipment still under warranty and purchased from Kosmic faults.
